The government has lifted the restriction on the use of rice and paddy for animal feed production, the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) stated.

The CAA noted that a previous gazette imposing restrictions on the processing, transport, storage and sale of rice and paddy for animal feed has now been revoked, allowing such use once again under updated regulations.
