The Commons Coffee House, the first home-grown coffee house in the city, has opened its second restaurant in Kotte, serving coffees and an array of dishes to excite any palate.
Known as one of the foremost home-grown coffee houses in the city, Commons has made a name for itself as a cosy hangout for many, establishing coffee house culture in the city.
Conveniently located with ample parking, the Commons Coffee House is now set to serve all in Kotte and surrounding areas for dining, takeaway, and free delivery.
The Commons Coffee House Kotte will be an alternative place to gather, socialise, and share ideas with colleagues, friends, and family, creating many memories for all. The coffee house culture and bringing the community together is what Commons is all about.
It will serve a range of delicious food from burgers, wraps, and Sri Lankan specials such as hoppers, along with a range of coffees, frappés, smoothies, and the ever-popular dessert cupboard. The roti cart is also available for all to enjoy the popular roti with fillings.
“It has always been my desire to expand the Commons Coffee House to other locations and it’s a great start with the second Commons restaurant opened in Kotte. The staff is as excited as I am to bring their favourite food closer to all in the community. Commons has special significance, being my first venture, and it has created many memories for all.
“We plan to expand to other locations. We continuously enjoy great local support, whether it is to provide delicious food and drinks or to extend a helping hand to local charities, and will continue to do so,” said Managing Director Harpo Gooneratne.
