Port City Colombo will see the launch of the $540 million Clothespin Towers project, featuring twin towers, a seven-star hotel, luxury apartments, and what’s planned to be the world’s largest vertical art gallery.
The development includes a 15-metre Grand Clock inspired by Big Ben, aimed at Guinness World Record recognition.
The project is one of four granted 25-year tax exemptions by the Sri Lankan Government.
Other developments include projects by ICC Port City, IFC Colombo 1, and Ceylon Real Estate Holdings, collectively investing hundreds of millions into luxury and mixed-use infrastructure.
