Moose Clothing on Wednesday (14) launched the Sri Lanka team jersey for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026.

The jersey features Sri Lanka Cricket’s yellow colour, with blue accents. The name and numbering use a revised design, while blue piping appears on the shoulders. The jersey has been produced using lightweight fabric with side mesh panels to support airflow during play.

The launch forms part of the ongoing partnership between Sri Lanka Cricket and Moose Clothing, which began three years ago. Moose is the Official Cricket Clothing Partner of Sri Lanka Cricket and has supplied apparel for the Men’s and Women’s National Teams, from Under-19 level to the senior teams.

The jersey was unveiled by Sri Lanka white-ball captain Dasun Shanaka and formally handed over to Sri Lanka Cricket by Moose Clothing Chief Executive Officer Hasib Omar to Sri Lanka Cricket President Shammi Silva, in the presence of Sri Lanka Cricket Chief Executive Officer Ashley De Silva.

At the launch, Moose Clothing also introduced the Moose Fan App, which allows supporters to upload a selfie that becomes part of a digital mosaic created from fan images. The mosaic forms a Moose Fan Jersey, which includes a QR code linking to the digital display.

Commenting on the launch, Moose Clothing Company Chief Executive Officer Hasib Omar, said: “Sri Lanka Cricket has always been about more than the game; it is about who we are as a nation. With this new World Cup jersey and the Moose Fan App, we wanted every Sri Lankan to feel part of that journey. This time, the jersey doesn’t just represent the team – it carries the faces and stories of the people who stand behind it. When our players take the field, they carry the pride of an entire nation, quite literally, on their backs.”

SLC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ashley De Silva, said: “We wish to congratulate Moose on the creation of the new jersey, and I am confident it will help carry the Sri Lankan brand to the world during the upcoming World Cup, while also enabling our fans to connect more closely with the team, the players, and the game.”
