Sri Lanka defeated India 31-10 in the men’s final to win the inaugural central and south asia (casa) 7s rugby tournament in tashkent.

Sri lanka led 14-05 at half-time after responding with two quick tries following india’s opening score.

The lankan side scored three unanswered tries in the second half to secure the title.

Uzbekistan, mongolia, kyrgyzstan and pakistan also competed in the tournament.
