Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya stated that equipping youth with knowledge, skills and opportunities is important for strengthening future national development.

She noted that the Government is committed to strengthening higher, vocational and technical education sectors.

The Prime Minister made these remarks at the International Career and Education Exhibition (iCEE 2026) in Colombo today (3).
