The National Export Development Plan (2026–2030) has been presented to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat.

The plan aims to strengthen Sri Lanka's export sector and achieve an export revenue target of US$36 billion by 2030 through export-led economic growth.

It has been developed under the Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development and the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB), with Cabinet approval granted in May 2026.
