The National Dengue Control Unit (NDCU) says 71,235 dengue cases and 49 dengue-related deaths have been reported in Sri Lanka so far this year.

A total of 1,284 new cases were recorded yesterday (14).

The Western Province has reported the highest number of infections, with Gampaha and Colombo recording the most cases.
