Heavy showers above 100 mm are expected in some areas tomorrow (31), with showers at times in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and North-Western provinces and several districts, the Meteorology Department stated.

Strong winds of 40–50 kmph are also expected in several areas, including the Northern, North-Central and Central provinces.
