Saif Yusoof of Expolanka Group has been elected President of the Mercantile Football Association (MFA) for a two-year stint (2026–’28) during its recent Annual General Meeting at the Royal College Union Skills Centre, Colombo 7.

George Weerakkody from Ceylinco General Insurance and Ruwanjith Bandara from Commercial Bank were elected Secretary and Treasurer, respectively.
