Three dengue-related deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours, bringing Sri Lanka's total dengue death toll to 53 this year.

According to the National Dengue Control Unit (NDCU), the total number of dengue cases has risen to 74,478, with 19,100 infections reported during the first 17 days of July.

The Western Province continues to record the highest number of cases, with the Gampaha District reporting the country's highest caseload at 15,596 cases.
