Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Arun Hemachandra met with Franky Demon, President of the Belgium–Sri Lanka Parliamentary Friendship Group and Member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives yesterday(20).

During the meeting, the Deputy Minister detailed Sri Lanka’s engagement with Belgium and the European Union.

Both parties discussed strengthening parliamentary cooperation and expanding bilateral ties across several key areas, including friendship, trade, investment, and tourism.
