The National People’s Power (NPP) has secured control of the Kolonnawa Urban Council in the Colombo District, earning 11,099 votes and 9 seats.

The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) followed with 7,848 votes and won 6 seats.

The United National Party (UNP) obtained 2,955 votes and 2 seats.

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) and Sarvajana Balaya (SB) secured one seat each, polling 1,473 and 857 votes respectively.
