Mohamed Askar Mohamed-Razik, a Sri Lankan influencer living in Toronto, has been charged with four counts of criminal harassment related to a series of incidents involving non-consensual filming of strangers in public places across Toronto.

The 45-year-old man is accused of repeatedly approaching individuals, filming them without consent, and causing significant discomfort.

Toronto Police allege that his actions included confrontations and harassment in various locations.

Accordingly, Toronto Police have released Mohamed-Razik’s image and believe there may be additional victims.

They are urging anyone with relevant information to contact them directly or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.

Under Canadian law, criminal harassment can result in a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison if prosecuted by indictment. Mohamed-Razik recently appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice on 4 February, 2026.
