A fine all-round performance by veteran Suwanji Madanayake who captured 4 wickets and scored a 25-ball 23 saw Kingswood Legends beating Rajans Legends by a comfortable 6 wickets in their Annual Masters T/20 cricket encounter, played at Kandy recently. 

The Rajans Legends batting first were restricted to 145/8 in their allotted 20 overs, with Nuwan Ekanayake top-scoring with 48 off 32 balls inclusive of five boundaries and two sixes.

Suwanji Madanayake was the chief wrecker with impressive figures of 4/28 for the Kingswood Legends.

The Kingswood Legends in their chase got across the line with 20 deliveries to spare and for the loss of four wickets with Buddhika Ekanayake top-scoring with 37, Omila Weerasooriya 38 and Madanayake 23. Asanka Marapana bowled best for the Rajans Legends claiming 4/33.
