Consultant Dermatologist Nayani Madarasinghe says there has been an increase in the number of people seeking treatment for skin-related conditions.

Speaking at a media briefing at the Health Promotion Bureau, she said skin diseases have become a growing public health concern.

She noted that the rising number of clinic visits reflects the increasing burden of skin conditions in Sri Lanka.
