ICTA confirmed that there has been no data loss or security breach, assuring the public that data integrity is intact.
A joint team of engineers is working twenty-four/seven to rectify the issue.
Manual alternatives, such as obtaining certificate copies from Divisional Secretariats, remain available.
The agency anticipates a swift, phased restoration of all LGC services and thanked the public for their cooperation.
