President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, during his official visit to Germany, met with Sri Lankan professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors on 13 June. 

He highlighted the role of collective effort in rebuilding the nation and appreciated the contributions of Sri Lankans abroad. 

Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath also addressed the gathering.
