Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) issuing a press release yesterday (28) released the squad details of the upcoming T-20 outfit that will play in the Bangladesh Tour. The series will start on the 4 March with the 1st T20I. The overall series will include 3-T20’s. 3-ODI’s and 2-tests.
The below-given Sri Lanka T20I squad has been selected by the Cricket Selection Committee to take part in the T20I series versus Bangladesh. The Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Harin Fernando, approved the squad.
The team will leave for Bangladesh today (29).

According to SLC, Pathum Nissanka was selected in the original squad but will not travel as he is still recovering from the injury he sustained during the Afghanistan tour. Charith Asalanka will be the ‘acting captain’ for the first two games of the series.
