President Anura Kumara Dissanayake visited Ratmalana today to pay his final respects to Group Captain Nirmal Siyambalapitiya, who died in a helicopter crash while delivering relief to disaster-affected communities.

The President offered condolences to the pilot’s family. Health Minister Nalinda Jayatissa and Defence Ministry Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha were also in attendance.
