The Colombo High Court has rejected preliminary objections raised by the defendants seeking to dismiss a corruption case filed by the Bribery Commission against three individuals, including former State Minister Shasheendra Rajapaksa.

Colombo High Court Judge Ravindra Premaratne ordered that the case proceed under the existing indictments.
