A British F-35B stealth fighter jet made an emergency landing at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport in Kerala last night after reporting low fuel.
The aircraft, reportedly launched from an aircraft carrier, landed safely at around 9:30 p.m. following swift coordination by airport authorities.
Officials confirmed the pilot requested urgent clearance to land, and the emergency was managed efficiently without incident.
The fifth-generation fighter remains grounded at the airport, with refuelling pending approval from India’s central Government.
