The Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Qi Zhenhong stated that China is ready to enhance its support for Sri Lanka's development and implement agreements reached between the two countries.

Addressing an event marking the 105th anniversary of the Communist Party of China, he noted that China is committed to strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in areas including poverty alleviation and digital development.
