Former Deputy Minister Karuna Amman and former State Minister Pillayan have joined the newly formed Eastern Tamil Alliance.

The alliance, led by former State Minister Sathasivam Viyalendran, aims to contest the upcoming Local Government (LG) elections in the Eastern Province.

Muralitharan’s inclusion was confirmed with an agreement signed yesterday (23) in Batticaloa.
