Applications have opened for the 11th intake (2026/2027) of the government’s interest-free student loan scheme.

Applications will be accepted until 27 September 2026.

Students who sat the G.C.E. A/L examination in 2023, 2024 or 2025 and obtained at least three ‘S’ passes are eligible to apply.

Applicants must also have an ‘S’ pass in English at A/L or O/L level, at least 30 marks for the General Common Test, and be aged 25 or below as of 27 September.

The scheme offers access to more than 129 degree programmes through 16 degree-awarding institutions.
