Sri Lanka secured double gold in the 4x100m relays at the 4th South Asian Senior Athletics Championships 2025 in Ranchi, India.

The men’s team won with a time of 39.99 seconds, quickly followed by the women’s quartet who clocked 44.70 seconds.

Kalinga Kumarage also clinched gold in the Men’s 400m (46.21 seconds), with Kalhara Indupa taking bronze.

Further bronze medals were won by Milantha Sampath in the Men’s Discus Throw and Sayuri Mendis in the Women’s 400m.
