Softlogic Holdings PLC has announced a significant partnership between its subsidiary, Softlogic City Hotels (Private) Limited, and the internationally renowned hotel operator Minor Hotels. This collaboration will see the rebranding and operation of Softlogic's hotel in Colombo as an upper-upscale NH Collection hotel.
Pursuant to Section 8.1 of the Listing Rules, the company disclosed that the hotel, consisting of 219 rooms and suites offering expansive views of the Indian Ocean and Colombo city, will be rebranded as the ‘NH Collection Colombo Hotel.’ This change will take effect on 1 June.
