Litro Gas Lanka Ltd has announced that there will be no increase in domestic gas prices for May 2026. 

The company stated that this decision aims to provide relief to consumers amidst rising international gas prices and challenging exchange rate conditions.

Accordingly, the current retail prices will remain unchanged throughout the month. Despite ongoing pressure from global market trends and currency fluctuations, Litro Gas emphasized its commitment to price stability.

The revised prices for the Colombo District are as follows:  

- 12.5kg cylinder – Rs. 4,765.00  

- 5kg cylinder – Rs. 1,910.00  

- 2.3kg cylinder – Rs. 890.00

Litro highlighted that maintaining stable prices is part of its efforts to ease the financial burden on households during a period of economic uncertainty.
