The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a proposal to provide key diagnostic services in government hospitals through public-private partnerships.

The initiative will cover equipment such as CT and MRI scanners, DSA units, cardiac catheterization units, and automated hematology and biochemistry analyzers.

Under a performance-based payment scheme, the move aims to reduce delays in obtaining reports and improve access for patients while following standard procurement procedures.
