Sri Lanka has recorded over 1,923,502 foreign tourist arrivals so far in 2025, the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) has announced. 

The cumulative figure crossed the 1.9 million mark with 32,815 arrivals during the first five days of November.

1 November saw the highest daily arrival count of 7,412 tourists. 

India remains the leading source market, contributing 431,235 visitors. 

The United Kingdom (177,167), Russia (138,061), Germany (119,415), and China (113,619) complete the top five.
