Tourist arrivals to Sri Lanka in 2026 have exceeded 150,000, according to the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority(SLTDA).

SLTDA data shows that 158,787 tourists have arrived so far this year.

India accounted for the highest number of arrivals, followed by Russia, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.

The Authority released the figures today(19).
