A new circular has been issued to aid the restoration of livelihoods for those affected by Cyclone Ditwah. Based on Budget Circular No. 08/2025 dated December 5, 2025, and its amendments, the circular introduces updated guidelines and clarifications. 

These aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of implementing provisions related to disaster recovery efforts, particularly under Sub-No. 8 of the relevant table in the circular.
