It is with a heavy heart that RASSL conveys the great loss to society, the passing away of Prof. T.K. Nimal P. De Silva on 24 May.

He was the Hournarary Librarian for RASSL from years 2021-2025 and currently a member of the Council.  May he reach the ultimate bliss. Nivan suweya labeywa – Shereen Amendra, President 

Respect to Prof. Nimal De Silva may be paid at No. 47, Nugegoda Road, Pepiliyana, from 8 p.m. on Sunday, 25 May. Cremation and final rites will be performed at Nisala Arana Cemetery, Kohuwala, on Tuesday, 27 May 2025 at 3 p.m.
