Cabinet Spokesman Nalinda Jayatissa has firmly denied any plans to replace Prime Minister (PM) Harini Amarasuriya or reshuffle the cabinet.

Speaking at the weekly Cabinet media briefing today (3), Jayatissa said no such discussions or decisions have taken place within the Government.

He dismissed recent reports as unfounded speculation, attributing them to factions with vested interests attempting to create political uncertainty.
