President Anura Kumara Dissanayake reviewed the final draft of the 2026 Budget proposals last night (05) at the Presidential Secretariat, with Finance Ministry Secretary Harshana Suriyapperuma in attendance.

The 2026 Budget, the second under the current government, is set to be presented to Parliament tomorrow (07) by President Dissanayake in his capacity as Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
