Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath held discussions with members of the Australian Parliament from Victoria on strengthening bilateral relations between Sri Lanka and Australia.

He noted that talks focused on enhancing parliamentary cooperation, government partnerships, support for the Sri Lankan diaspora, and expanding trade and tourism ties.

Herath also expressed appreciation for the Australian MPs’ continued support for the Sri Lankan community in Australia.
