The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced a 12-hour water cut from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. tomorrow (04) affecting Colombo 01–15 and several surrounding areas, including Battaramulla, Nugegoda, Maharagama, Kaduwela and Piliyandala.

The interruption is due to power supply suspension for maintenance at the Ambatale Water Treatment Plant and electrical upgrade work at the Dehiwala and Maligawatte pumping stations.
