Sri Lanka and India are scheduled to sign three defence cooperation agreements tomorrow (9) during Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s official visit.

The agreements will cover cadet training, defence college cooperation and free maintenance of six Indian-supplied anti-aircraft guns.

Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath noted that the agreements are expected to strengthen defence cooperation and wider bilateral relations.
