The Department of Examination (DOE) announced that the 2024 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination has been temporarily postponed until 3 December.

This announcement was made today (28) by the Commissioner General of Examinations, Amith Jayasundara, who confirmed that this decision was made in light of the ongoing weather-related disruptions.

Accordingly, he stated that the examination will recommence on 4 December.
