Sri Lanka’s official reserve assets decreased by 3.5% in March 2026, reaching $7,019 million, down from $7,270 million recorded in February 2026. 

The total reserves include proceeds from the swap arrangement with the People’s Bank of China, as reported by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).
