SriLankan Airlines has announced a further extension of flight cancellations on its Colombo–Dubai route, with services now suspended from 21 to 24 March.

According to the latest operational update of the National Carrier, flights UL231/UL232 between Colombo and Dubai (return) will remain cancelled during this period. 

The airline has advised passengers to regularly check the status of their flights via its official website and social media platforms for timely updates.

This follows an earlier announcement on Wednesday (18), in which the airline confirmed the cancellation of multiple Middle East routes. 

These included Colombo–Dubai flights on 19 and 20 March, as well as services to Dammam, Doha, and Kuwait, which were suspended until 28 March.

Passengers requiring assistance have been requested to contact the SriLankan Airlines Global Contact Centre or reach out to the nearest airline office or their travel agent.
