The Container Transport Owners’ Association (CTOA) has increased container transport charges by 5% with effect from today (01).

CTOA Chairman Sanath Manjula said the revised rates apply to all container transportation services and took effect immediately.

The announcement follows the latest fuel price revision by Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC), which came into effect yesterday (30).
