The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has introduced a new WhatsApp number for the public to submit written complaints.

Complaints can be made regarding issues encountered during motor vehicle registration and inconveniences caused by vehicles.

The public can submit complaints via WhatsApp on 074 245 3300.
