A new reform process building a model Constitution was initiated on Tuesday (3) at an event held at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in Colombo with the participation of a panel of subject experts including lawyers, human rights activists, President’s Counsels, academics, former Parliamentarians, journalists, writers, political leaders, civil society representatives, and citizens. The process was facilitated by the One Text Initiative.
