Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa told the Supreme Court (SC) he’s unwilling to travel to Jaffna to testify in the 2011 activist disappearance case, citing security concerns. 

He is, however, willing to appear in any other court, including Colombo. 

The SC dismissed the appeal and instructed a motion to be filed at the Jaffna Magistrate’s Court within four weeks.
