Rotary, in a recent release, noted that it is holding the 20th edition of the six a side cricket tournament exclusively for Rotarians and Rotaractors of Sri Lanka on Saturday (10) at Nittawela Rugby stadium Kandy, which will be graced by Rotary Governor of Sri Lanka and Maldives Sushena Ranatunga. 

The championship organised by the Rotary Club of Kandy is sponsored by the Sun match company. 

The event is dedicated to the founder entrepreneur and business personality late T.R.R Rajan. Late T.R.R. Rajan was the 51st president of the Rotary Club of Kandy who was a renowned sportsman, sports benefactor, philanthropist. 

Rotary Kandy President Dr. Avanti Karunaratne said: “The event will bring together over 1000 Rotarians and Rotaractors for comrade and healthy competition. End of the business is run on relationships.”
