The resolution of instructing the Legal Draftsman to formulate a draft bill to amalgamate estate houses and line rooms available in estate areas and create villages has been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. 

Furnished by the President, the resolution aims at treating those living in estate areas with dignity and respect.
