The National People’s Power (NPP) has won control of the Horana Urban Council in the Kalutara District with 2,131 votes and 6 seats.

Independent Group 1 secured 2 seats, while both the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) and United National Party (UNP) also claimed 2 seats each.

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) managed to secure just one seat with 271 votes.
