Deputy Minister Prasanna Gunasena has denied allegations of irregular or duplicate payments by the Road Development Authority (RDA), calling them baseless.

Responding to claims by SJB MP Nalin Bandara, he stated that no such payments were made from RDA accounts and that existing payment procedures remain unchanged.

The Deputy Minister strongly rejected the allegations, insisting they are entirely unfounded.
