The Department of Meteorology stated that mainly dry and warm weather will continue across most parts of Sri Lanka.

Showers or thundershowers are expected in parts of the Sabaragamuwa Province and Colombo, Kalutara, Galle and Matara districts after 2.00 pm today (29).

The public is advised to take precautions against strong winds and lightning.
